3. Behind the Scenes & Business Updates
What is coaching? With Rachael Karcz
Coaching is a supportive process where a coach helps a client achieve personal or professional goals by providing guidance, encouragement, and feedback.
Through structured conversations and skill-building exercises, the coach facilitates the client’s development and progress toward their objectives.
Coaching can help you improve specific skills, boost performance, and explore/achieve your ambitions.
How is Coaching Different from Counseling?
While counseling often explores deeper emotional and psychological issues rooted in the past, coaching focuses on the present and future — helping you develop skills, set goals, and move forward with confidence.
Why I Chose to Become a Life Coach
When I was going through my divorce, I was connected with a life coach who taught me some of the most valuable skills to navigate one of the most challenging periods of my life.
The experience I had with her planted a seed — I knew that one day, I wanted to help people the way she helped me.
Now, eight years later, I'm finally taking that step toward making this dream a reality.
Over the years, I’ve poured myself into personal development — reading inspiring books, listening to powerful teachings, and completing courses to become a certified Life Coach.
With the beautiful energy of my property, the calming presence of the horses, and everything I’ve learned, I’ve developed a program to help you step into the most authentic, vibrant version of yourself.
The Healing Journey is Lifelong
I’ve learned that healing is not a destination — it’s a lifelong journey.
Life is wild, beautiful, and sometimes incredibly challenging.
Coaching can help you move through life’s twists and turns while becoming the best version of yourself.

4. Garden & Seasonal Connection
We’ve been busy planting zinnias and wildflowers around the healing center, and we’re already dreaming of the vibrant colors they’ll bring to our garden pathways. These joyful blooms don’t just brighten the landscape—they also invite pollinators and spark delight in every guest who walks by.
Zinnias are known for symbolizing endurance and daily joy—exactly the energy we’re cultivating this season. Stay tuned as they grow into a rainbow of color and intention 🌈
The medicinal garden is slowly stretching awake, and we’re adding more of our favorite herbal allies into the mix. This week, we’re planting chamomile and mint—two calming and versatile herbs that support both skin and spirit.
🌼 Chamomile is gentle yet powerful, perfect for soothing inflammation, calming irritation, and encouraging deep relaxation. Use it in teas, facial steams, or as a skin-soothing oil infusion.
🌱 Mint brings a refreshing burst of energy and clarity. It’s wonderful for digestion, makes a great herbal foot soak, and can be infused into toners or cooling compresses in the warmer months.
Garden Tip: Both chamomile and mint grow well in containers—perfect for patios, windowsills, or small garden spaces!
