Downtown Yoga & The Girl Next Door create the perfect partnership to offer a one-day retreat that will help you reset and realign yourself for the fall. You will leave feeling rested and restored!

8:30-8:55 Muffins & Mimosas

9-10 Yoga

10:10-11:10 Sound Immersion

11:15-12:15 Mindfulness for Mental Well Being

12:30-1:15 Lunch

1:30-2:30 Yin & Acupuncture

2:45-3:45 Meditation & Journaling

4-5 Restorative Yoga

You can also schedule a 45-minute Facial, Massage or BOTH and join artist Ka'ren Murchie throughout the day to create beautiful artwork to take with you!

-6 Rest & Renew sessions from DTY $225

-5 Rest & Renew sessions from DTY + 1 service* (either facial or massage) from The Girl Next Door $299

-4 Rest & Renew sessions + 2 services* (massage and facial) from The Girl Next Door $375

Cancellation Policy-
In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat due to a medical reason, please inform us via email at least one week prior to the event to receive a full refund. In the event that you are unable to make the retreat due to a non medical reason, notification is required via email at least one week prior, and we will refund minus $100 to cover expenses already accrued. In the event you are unable to attend the retreat with less than one week's notice prior to the event, no refund will be given.
